Message from Tiffany
Another answer to prayer…we just got online!! YAY!
Now that the internet stuff got sorted out, Kev was able to read the blog, which has been super encouraging for him to see all of the comments, so thanks a ton for blessing us in that way!
Kev and I also wanted to once again say thank you for all of the love, support and generosity everyone has shown us. Words don’t even come close to fully expressing our sincere appreciation for all of the incredible ways the Lord has used all of you during this time. We have truly been blown away and absolutely overwhelmed by everyone’s willingness to go above and beyond to help in any possible way. Whether it be our church, friends, family, employers, co-workers or even people we don’t even know, God has used all of you in extraordinary ways!!
Since the accident, God has continually been reminding me that His grace is sufficient and He will give us “Strength for today & bright hope for tomorrow”. There are obviously tons of “unknowns” during this time, however it is so comforting knowing that we can rest in God’s faithfulness knowing that if we truly believe that He loves us like a Father and has our best interests at heart, we don’t need to worry about what the future holds. While we may not see the big picture, we’re not called to understand, but rather trust.
Please continue to pray for:
– Kev’s right shoulder – he’s been having a lot of pain since the accident which is getting worse with all of the upper body work in physical therapy. Please pray that the doctors would quickly be able to figure out what the problem is so that it doesn’t hinder his ability to complete physical therapy
– Kev’s puncture wound on his left knee that has become infected – please pray that the anti-biotics would be effective in fighting the infection (especially since the wound goes all the way to the bone) and that the wound itself would heal quickly
– Kev’s complete healing and continued encouragement throughout the rehab process. His spirits have been really good, so please continue to pray against discouragement and that he would remain motivated and determined.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You all have been amazing and it has been such a huge blessing to feel so surrounded! Knowing so many people are praying, taking care of basic needs and handling EVERYTHING with the condo is absolutely incredible!

On the morning of Friday, July 3, while cycling in the SCV with friends, Kevin was struck by a fast-moving vehicle. He was airlifted by helicopter for attention to his multiple injuries, including damage to his spine. This blog is for Kevin's family, friends, and colleagues, who are all praying for him and rallying to his side during this time of trial. Please watch this site for upcoming information on how you can help Kevin recover.

Dear Kevin and Tiffany,
Sincere greetings to both of you and it is always pleasing to hear how you are doing and what is going on with you two. Keep the update going. We thank God everyday for his renewed mercies and his eternal love. He will not leave you or forsake you, his eyes upon you and his hands around you. Our prayers have reached HIS THRONE ABOVE and Your greatest victories are not behind you, they are in front of you!
God will do the extraordinary in your life.
Because we prayed , and called upon his precious name and cried to him to hear our prayers and requests , HE will completely restore Kevin’s health and make hime even better than before and the joy of the Lord will be your strength .
Our Lord Jesus, the faithful Jesus , we thank you for your precious blood on the cross and for your forgiveness and your eternal love to your children… Lord we put Kevin infront of your throne above and ask you to continue healing him , his legs, the infection and every injury seen or not seen , know or unkown , heal him Lord ,and cover him with your precious blood and give him peace in his heart and joy for his spirit and strength for his body and strengthen his hope. Please Lord bless Tiffany and strengthen her and fill her heart with peace and joy and let your hand on her in every step of her life. We thank you Lord for her support and her love to Kevin , we thank you Lord for her faith in you , in her turst in you and for her patience during this difficult time… Tiffany, your are not only going to see your dreams and hopes come to pass, but it’s going to be better than you expected. God will bring you and Kevin to a flourishing finish. In Jesus name . Amen

We just wanted you to know that seeing the faithfulness of God at work in you it encourages us greatly to trust Him more and more. We know that He is able to accomplish what concerns me today-Ps. 18. Praying for you and Kevin and the great team God has assembled on your behalf. Keep up the good work.

Hey Guys,
Just a quick update for today…A CT scan has been ordered for his right shoulder. I’m hoping that happens today to get that sorted out since it’s causing him a lot of pain and makes physical therapy even more challenging. Two other anti-biotics for his knee have also been ordered and an infectious disease specialist may be coming to look at it in an attempt to prevent a bone infection. An MRI was also ordered for his knee to see what’s going on with the infection – my only concern with that is that we were told with the vena cava filter, he can’t have an MRI for about 6 weeks, so we’re working on finding out if that’s ok or not. That’s the main update for now.

Hey guys,
You are both constantly in our prayers and we are praying without ceasing. I just keep praying Jeremiah 29:11 over you both and am blown away by seeing God’s hand on your lives. We love you both so much and were so encouraged to see you both with our own eyes that you are going to be okay. I am so thankful for your dependence on God and know He will get you through everything.
