Kevin Ready to Work!
July 12th, 11:00 PM – Tonight we received the following update from Nathan and Christine Keith.
Kevin had his first meeting with his physical therapist today. He was able to transfer into a wheelchair with some help from Tiffany and the physical therapist. He wheeled himself around for about an hour and forty five minutes and already is getting the hang of it. Tiffany said she was amazed that already he is able to sit up for longer amounts of time and even balance while sitting. He starts his first official day of physical therapy tomorrow and that will start a long and grueling process but also will give them an idea of what their schedule will look like for the coming weeks. He will be in intense physical therapy up until 4 PM every day so if people are looking to visit it should be after that time. They want to thank everyone for their continued support and prayers.
Prayer requests:
- Prayer against discouragement and fear as he starts this hard process.
- Continued rest for both Kevin and Tiffany
- That the hospital would be lenient about nighttime arrangements for Tiffany

Kevin – The folks at NHMC are the best. They helped me through a tough time. They also let my wife stay with me when I didn’t have a roommate. They are tough, and will push you to do more than you think you can. I’ll be praying for you pal.

We continue to pray for you from here in Tucson. We read your update daily and are amazed at how well you are doing…. Each evening we pray for you, and at other times as the Lord brings you to mind. We cannot imagine what you are going through, and all the things that must be going through your minds. God isn’t surprised by any of this, and we know He will do more than we can ask or imagine.
Love, Denny and Anita Howard (Brian’s parents).

Hello Kevin and Tiffany. You do not know me but I have been following your progress since the accident was posted on FB by one of my “friends”. We have children your age and you have been in our hearts and prayers since learning of the injury you sustained. Please know that we have put you on prayer lists in Washington, where we are residing. I am sure that the Lord is faithful to all who call upon His name and I know that many are praying for you that you are not even aware of. May the Author and Perfecter of our salvation give you both the strength, determination and peace that surpasses all understand during this trial in your lives. Thank you for this blog and know that you are loved and prayed for by many.
